We had hail damage on our roof. We submitted our request on Friday afternoon and immediately filled out the form. The human being I spoke with suggested it could take up to 30 days to receive the *** response. I received an e-mail over the weekend acknowledging that the request was received. On Monday (today) I received the approval for the roof rebuild. Cant ask for a quicker response than that! Our expectations are exceeded, and we are very pleased.

This is the worst HOA management company ever! I have contacted them numerous times on our gate situation, we live in a 15 year old gated community and the gates are always open. They were recently updated and now we have a gate that doesnt even close when it is supposed to I was emailed personally by ******* stating that the vendor would be out that weekend to remove the old system and go all in on the new system.
