We recently built a new home in a new neighborhood that Spectrum manages.They approved the landscaping plan in less than a week. - No exceptions.More recently we submitted a new pool construction application. Again they approved the design in less than 10 days. No exceptions.Compared to previous HOA's I have dealt with this is very refreshing. *****

Spectrum is an incompetent, unethical company in my experience. I'm an ex-board director. I served as the treasurer, who finally "hit the wall" and resigned with 2 other board members on 2/2/22. Here are just some of the issues we experienced as board members who hired them! We were told by our manager, *****, that we needed to "VOTE" for board members to be signers on the signature card at THEIR chosen bank.
