Our HOA has switched to Spectrum Association Management. I set up auto-pay to take care of making timely payments for our fees using their website. Every quarter since setting this up I have been given a late fee because their internal system set up an incorrect date to withdrawal funds from my checking account. Our normal $75 per quarter has cost us an additional $25 due to their software and they refuse to accept guilt and threaten to put a lien on our account if we do not pay the late fees. Treats Homeowners terrible. Accused a homeowner of stealing and destroying property, impersonating as a board member and other false claims. Turned the homeowner over to a attorney for these false claims and for asking a question about a project that was discussed in a past HOA meeting.
***************************** ACC Coordinator She assisted me with the application process for approval for a patio cover, concrete slab, and gutter installation. The app was user friendly and ******** was helpful when I needed to submit documents I was missing in my initial review. Thanks.

Working with ************** at Spectrum was a real enjoyable experience. After submitting a request for a covered patio numerous times and receiving denials, she worked with me to fix the issues in my application and that made the process so much smoother and easy. I have owned a home for the last 20+ years, but never in an HOA, this is my first experience. I am grateful to have someone like ***** available when I have questions!

I was targeted by this company after leaving a negative review on ******* THE very same day I left a review, I received a property notice. The next week I received a property notice with a photo of someone else's home. Completely unethical to harass home owners for speaking out about this horrible company.
