I have been getting the radio frequency ablation for several years and I would not continue them if they were not working. Dr. Blake has did them and he is the very best. They have saved me from a tremendous amount of pain. The front desk, staff, nurses and doctors have been very good to me. I have a pretty bad back that they are treating. I've always got in on time and never had to wait very long at all.i haven't been able to get the pump or get a m.r.i yet again..I've had 4 back surgery and more metal and screws in my back than I wish to have.iam always in a constant pain but Jasmine does the best she can in handling my pain and understanding my age and body .iam on up in age now.not as young as I wish to be.but I handle what I can they do there best.I have no insurance but I have ambetter and it doesn't cover alot of things..but next yr.i will be 65..and wi... read more
I have not had to wait very long when I have to go there. Only once do I remember having to wait an hour to be seen. Then having to wait for someone to see me. But that can happen at any Doctor office.
All my visits have been wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I drive from Guntersville, AL to Chattanooga to get my pain managed. I have an interthecial pump and not one pain management doctor in AL would see me. So I went 6 months without any pain medication. I was scheduled to come in for my initial visit within a week of calling and saw an actual doctor. Two weeks later I was back for a procedure and the Medtronic Rep met me at the office to check on my pump ... read more
