I needed to have a bunionectomy. I'd been reluctant to have it done, even though it has caused deformity, because of the potential complications and how painful I've heard it is. I went to 3 different doctors to pick the one I trusted the most with this procedure. Dr Breuggeman was my choice as soon as I met him even though I did talk to another dr. after meeting him, just to be sure. I explained my concerns and fears and received empathy and solutions. Went in today for an appointment and Amanda tells me that they don’t take my insurance. No excuse for that! They had ample time to inform me! The other two at the front desk just sat there and not really bothered by anything and staring at their computer! Incompetent front desk. I am sorry doesn’t cut it here. Then asked if l wanted to do self pay! I don’t recommend this office at all. Dr. Crist was my doctor and no longer there. The remaining doctors probably are not worth me seeing at all!
