This is my fist time shop with SparesPro customer. Bought 2 DBA rotors. One of them has 2 serious scratches. With that level of scratch/damage, it won't balance after installation. Took the photo, and contacted SparesPro (glad they have a phone number). They organised the pick up, and re-sent a new one to me in less than a week (mind u I am in SA). I do not normally leave review on Google, but I feel I have to this time. It won't hurt to consider them as one of your go-to auto shop. Definitely 5 stars.

Without a doubt, one of the best, most obliging businesses I've ever dealt with. I'm in New Zealand and wanted an oddball item which I couldn't source locally, and these guys were amazing.
