They are top of the line customer service. Very fast very quick response. If you need them specially employee Jennifer was 10 out of 10 customer service. She are amazing. Incredible person on this location. Once again, they are helpful and very fast response and I recommend those to anyone.

Old but clean apartment complex.
Spanish Trace has a nice mix of friendly students, young professionals, and families. It is reasonably priced considering the great location! Perfect for anyone attending State or Meredith. Easy drive (or walk on a nice day) to Cameron Village and Downtown. Quick access to Wade Avenue and I-40. The interior of the apartments are clean and updated with reliable appliances. Maintenance was always prompt and helpful with resolving any issues. A great find, especially in Raleigh's increasingly competitive rent market!
