Horrible service took 1:34 mins to get our meal, apparently the waiter forgot to put the order in. Getting refills or bread was like begging for it. Food was awe Fil lasagna was frozen... don't go!!! Bathrooms were gross as well! Very dirty. Place is old and falling apart.
This has become one of my favorite places when we're in San Antonio ��
I had a great waitress, forgot her name thou. This is great place to eat. Spaghetti and meatballs is my favorite. Everything is always hot. Great to take the whole family. Hostess is awesome.
We went with our mother who is in a wheelchair. Q
The food was good. The service was not good. 20 minutes before our waitress came to our table. Appetizer took another 20 minutes. We asked for water when we ordered. Waitress brought fried cheese sticks, no water. I went to the bar and got water. The a/c was not working. Everyone was sweaty, especially our waitress. Food was good, service was not. Waited 10!l minutes to be greeted at the table.
Appetizers where cold and soggy. Child screaming for the first 15minutes (I timed it) I was there..and no staff went to politely inform parents to remove child until he or she calmed down. Had to talk loudly in order to be heard. Food ok.. wasn't able to enjoy it after the headache I had from the child crying/screaming.
The Spaghetti Warehouse is NOT what it used to be! It used to be a great restaurant and now its cheap food with high prices. As you drive in the smell of garbage fills the parking lot! "Management move the garbage to a non-visible area" Its a really bad smell and view to arrive to a restaurant and see and smell garbage cans.
