Went there for dinner last night for a large party and they told us it would be 30-45 mins, an hour goes by we check on the table and they say they call us but either a. They barely yelled, or b. They never did. Not to mention the little guy with glasses was like " I can't leave my stand" yet I see him walking around once we're finally seated ok total bs. Brandon was amazing. Personable and great service. We stopped in for dinner and had fun and being the last table, he took time to tell us history about the building. Manager and test of the staff were a also helpful and friendly. When we were done with dinner, we ordered a wheelchair cab. After 2 hours, we FINALLY decided to walk back to our hotel, but not before Erica tried to help us get a cab there. First of all this restaurant is in need of manitance. The carpets are dirty and has a musty smell. It's an old building I get that. The food was ok not great. We got our food quickly but it got cold trying not to be rude waiting for people we were with to finaly get thier food. But the hug problem is lack of management. I hate spaghetti. But I love Spaghetti Warehouse spaghetti.
I went there with my husband, niece, nephew, and their kids this past Saturday. I was a little disappointed that I had to use a wheelchair elevator as there was no ramp joining the entrance level to the actual dining area. That is my own hang-up, and I am not going to ding the restaurant for it. The place is spacious and has a nice feel to it. It is definitely welcoming to kids. Ordered through uber eats. Haven't been here in over 10 years and now I remember why. Food sucked! Everything was bland, under seasoned: spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo, soups. The best thing was the bread and even that was under baked. Yuck yuck yuck. Never again. Waste of money.
Awesome lasagna. Went on BOGO night, we expect a lot of people which there was, but it took about 35 min. to be seated. Our waitress Shelby was great, very friendly & very prompt. Great service all around.
Had good service but the food was dry and cold. This place has gone down hill.
