The ceiling fan kept clunking like a dripping faucet. Lots of butter sauce to get on your clothes. It was okay but not my best visit.
The service was excellent. The Alfredo sauce is amazing. I was traveling for business so I was a lone diner, the menu options were all extremely large, would have liked to been able to order a lunch size entree. I had the Tiramisu for dessert. One of my favs, typically. I would give their version a 3. It was too sweet, and the ladyfingers had a weird texture, it was not coffee flavored enough.
The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is flavorless, ordered the spaghetti and meatballs pasta was mushy and sauce just plain and tasteless. My cousin ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was dry and rubbery. Won't be going back.
It was really good! I wish I could Remember our waitresses name because she was awesome totally on top of everything! We are from Houston and we were in town for the Hair Show at the convention center! Unfortunately our Spaghetti Warehouse got pretty much destroyed during the Hurricane from flooding so we decided to eat at the one there!
I showed up with my wife unexpectedly meaning I didn't have it in my mind we were going to have dinner the service was great I got seated at a booth the waiter did an awesome job so it was right that I'd leave him a good tip always refilled our drinks came and checked periodically to see if everything was ok very knowledgeable of menu and desserts he would even recommend some of the house favorites it was a great experience had a a good dinner the brownie sundae supreme was delicious
We were there yesterday....3 adults. 2 children.... Hostess was excellent. She greeted us with a smile.....guided me to wheelchair lift... Waitress DESTINY was superb...5 star status. ..brought us bread. Refilled our drinks. Checked on all of us....We all liked her service...Even when the tea spilled all over me. I wasn't upset.. my fault and had a great time...i loved my spaghetti and Destiny was really a waitress with a smile....we got a coupon for donating to children's hunger for our next visit......yeahhhh
Was waiter second day he messed up but made it right and was courteous and respectful.
Worst service ever... Waitress was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Food was cold and when my husband asked to speak to management he too was clueless. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant!! Do not waste your time and money!!
