Today we received the worse possible experience at this location!! Our party of 15 was all present at 430pm. Our place in line was given to another party and we waited another 20 mins. Total wait appx. 1 hr. Finally get seated, waiter takes our order and 1.5 hr. later our food finally arrives. We box our own food to go and could not eat due to long service time. Reconfirmed: AVOID chain restaurants. They're in a hurry to get you and and get you out. More tables = bigger tips for the under-paid servers. Salad, Appetizer, AND main course on the table within 2 minutes. Not time to enjoy anything. Main course cold by the time we got to it. And from the manager: Literally, a "brush off" with the hand. Absolutely despicable.
To be an older establishment it was still pretty busy for Friday night. Being right on the railroad tracks I think the building is a restored warehouse. The railroad connection is echoed with a restored rail car in the seating area. Awesome rustic atmosphere. Service was great. Parking was horrible. Food was served cold. Was not impressed.
Nice place, very spacious, funky decor. Ample parking.
The service was horrible , we waited for ever to be seated. Once we were seated we waited forever to get waited on. I ordered a beer and they said they ran out of clean glasses so I couldn't get a beer. That being said, the food was good. We had Spaghetti Warehouse is Austin several years ago. And the meal took me back to the past. I probably won't go during busy hours ever again.
Witnessed how miserable and rude the hostess and bar attendant were! Mishandled to go orders throwing everything in a bag and blaming it on the drivers ! It’s gone so down hill !
