We went for my birthday, we were a party of 10 at 1;00 on a Sunday afternoon. It took over 30 min to put in our drink order. An hour to get salads, 2 hours to get entrees. The lasagna was ok but the Alfredo sauce had no flavor. None at all i was so disappointed. It had been years since we had visited but there.will not be another trip.
Horrible service, slow service. Food took forever to arrive, drink glasses always empty. Bar service were slow too. Rarely could find our server. Others looked to have the same problems with their server as well, and with bill issues. All the servers seemed like it was the first day on the job, no one knew what they were doing. Note: there was only 2 of us in our party
Took a minute to get our table but it was worth the wait
Worst service we have ever had anywhere, and they weren't even busy. No one in the place , should of known that was s sign. Horrible will never go back.
Great service. We were able to take our time and didn't fell rushed at anytime. Food was plenty and delicious.
Server was nice food was great had fun playing pool with hubby and in laws
There is an odor when you first walk in. I enjoyed the bar area, service was good, my grandson enjoyed the train passing by and waited for the next one. Birthday celebration was nice🎉 We had a good experience👍 We were in no rush and enjoyed our time there.
I have grown up here, this and Paesanos were the place to be. It is so sad to see that it has gone so far down hill. I heard it was under new managment and thought there was hope. Someone on a local page asked for opinions. Her daughter was trying to choose between here and tge Cheesecake factory. I personally am not a fan of the Cheesecake factory and was so sad to see that all 50 people chose cheesecake hands down. All with bad service and food stories. Food was good & beer was nice & cold!! They accomplished our social club with professional manner! I will definitely go back!!
