Same old smelling carpet from our last trip 8 years ago. There was a rotten milk smell coming from under the caboose every time I walked by. Our waitress was funny and attentive and on the down low called me a whore for having different fathers for my kids. The palest iceberg lettuce was used for their salad 🥗 and doused in so much dressing it became a soup. The entrees were great though and so were the drinks.
The place can definitely get a makeover. However, this is not affect the server and the food that we had. Both were exceptional. James our server helped us with my nieces birthday and it was very thoughtful and bringing ice cream for my other niece whose birthday was last week. Lasagne and wedding soup as always was delicious. Thanks.
We had chicken parmigiana and it was delicious. The waitress was really nice.
We stopped in for lunch, service was excellent and the food was good !
Our waitress did a superb job considering there was 16 of us. We were the group from California. Didn't get her name. Everyone was delighted with portions & taste. My compliments to the chef. See ya'll next time we come this way. WE LOVE TX!
The warehouse and all the vintage furniture are awesome. I loved the salad , not so much the bread. My entree was great and my family enjoyed everything, until the waitress started sweeping right by us.
It was a great place to eat. I didn't know that there was a train in the beginning also to eat in side. I rated a 5 star very services in San Antonio, Texas
I had planned to take my husband to lunch for his bday, but so many things were wrong we left. First, it wasn't busy yet we were told the servers were behind and we would have to wait to be seated until they caught up. The bartender said she wasn't busy and offered to wait on us. As the hostess walked us through the restaurant to our seats, we could clearly see that they were NOT busy. The last straw was the smells that hit us as we walked to our table.
