20+ people and 1 bitter server. I go alot and usually have 5+ service but shame on that rude ass blonde manager for throwing a slow, angry server at such a large party on Wed night when we went. Morgan saved the day, however.
The service sucked (never got any of the drinks I ordered) and the food was no where near exceptional. We will never be back for a visit.
Food was ok, waiter/ waitress should introduce themselves to you and make eye contact, that's just Restaurant etiquette 101, everyone seemed to want to catch up on gossip than take care of the customers. Wouldn't refer anyone to eat there.
Our food was great and our waitress was super friendly.
I ate here the day before yesterday for Warehouse Wednesday 5/3/2017. I ordered Spaghetti and Meatsauce and I sure could go for another bowl plate of that. Plus my server Morgan was great even though she was very busy waiting on other tables. The only problem was this male server who I believe is named Albert kept watching me eat. Drinks were excellent and the bartender was a pleasure. Thanks guys!!!!!
My family and I came for lunch and even though the restaunt was practically empty of customers we sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone just to take our drink orders. My husband finally got up to ask hostess for our server. A server came about 5 minutes later, so I started to give her my order but she cut me off and clarified that she was just there to take our drink order. Chicken parmesan was burnt. Management was rude about taking care of it.
I enjoyed the lasagna for lunch and the ice tea was great took extra cup of tea with me....Highly recommend you try this restaurant... Service my waiter was Smile's and checked on me couple of time she was amazing.... I attended the mayor's luncheon it was a great event....
