customer service. they spilled something on my brand new white sneakers and I did not get an apology or discount on my services. I get that accidents happen but a sincere apology goes a long way

I have gone here for years. I know many of the staff and I have always had a great experience. I won't let anyone else do my nails accept for Jenny. I saw a post recently about bad service and police having to be called and whoever wrote this had the wrong salon. This did not take place. Also, we must always remember no one or no business is on there A game every moment of every day.
Good variety of high quality services and very professional staff.
I love coming here! I go to Hanna and Jenny and they are both amazing! They are always so good at what they do and make me feel so welcome. I wont go anywhere else. They book upfast so call to make your appointment.
Cindy does my nails & really does a good job.
By far the worst customer service around. The staff are rude and pushy. They never greeted me after being there for 15 minutes then of course after I was leaving I was chased to the parking lot begging for my buisness. Most definitely will not be returning to this salon.
