Oh my goodness, I will definitely return soon! My daughter treated me to a pedi and it was great! The lady was super nice and I asked for the basic. Well they used oils, the rub And the hot towels, trimmed my nails and kept offering a drink the whole time. They apologized because I had to move over from my daughter because the massager was not working which I didn't mind. I love this place. They take their time. The environment is calming and the wine is a plus!
Sitting here now and if today wasn't my baby shower I'd leave and go else where. Upon walking in we (myself, my mother, and my 5 year old daughter) were NOT greeted or asked what services we would like. We picked out our colors and sat down. We were eventually ushered to two chairs with water already in them. The three of us simply wanted classic pedicures. Always a good experience here! I usually request Hannah for a pedi! I have tried several others in Temple/Belton area & this is the best.
When they first opened didn't have bad experience however now they continue to disappoint. They are pushy at selling the most expensive packages and then don't uphold to what you pay, as well as the service lags so much. I went yesterday, the girl was not one I recognized and she never even asked me what I wanted, handed me package offers and then trimmed my nails way too short all the while being rough the whole time! Going way downhill. There has been a lot of turnover lately and it shows. Have never been so disappointed in getting my nails done. It takes longer and longer every time I go to leave without what you asked for. Asked for a simple nail art and no one could do it. And what they tried to send me out of there with I could have smeared my art at home. Was told they didn't have any nail art brushes so then she tried using an ink pen and dip it in polish. Well, of course, it depends on who you get as to certain aspects of you pedi, but my experiences here have been really good! I definitely recommend them! I believe you get more for your money there than some of the other local nail places.
