Love this hotel! So easy to get to And I love the atmosphere and history! Also the taco shack is delicious and a fun place to have lunch ! But don’t pass up the grilled octopus at the outside restaurant So yummy

Besides the construction with jack hammering next to our breakfast table, there was no water for 8 hours, no hot water the next day, my laundry was lost with no concern from the staff. I’m still having trouble getting information on where my laundry is and the hotel will not answer the phone to make the situation right. Terrible service with zero regard to their guests who are paying over $500 a night.

Hotel is under heavy construction that’s Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm. Expect to get woken up really early and to have ugly views while the renovation is ongoing. I would definitely not recommend during this the construction. Also, added some additional pictures. No wonder it felt like we were under a dance/tap studio!
