So good, i got an issue with the internet connection in my room, i've just call the front desk reception for, in less then 10mn they solve it, great service, Nice place
Probably the worst experience of my life. I have Celiac Disease and attended a conference I paid a lot of money for and they were supposed to be accommodating for food. They were not and I felt like a second class citizen when it came to getting something to eat and when I did get it well after everyone was done eating each day it made me sick due to poor preparation. Very satisfied with the room and facilities. The staff was probably the most welcoming I've seen at any Marriott. We'd stay there anytime.
I was at the Mariott Marquis for a conference this week and only left the hotel once in five days. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I ate in the restaurant for almost all of my meals and it was food good enough that I didn't feel tired of it. The room was nice, though we were given a room for the disabled when we didn't need that and there was very little storage space, I'm not sure if that is connected or not. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I stayed there in late September/early October for a conference and checked out on the 4th October. When checking out there were a number of incorrect charges on my bill and I asked reception to give a copy of the signed receipts so I could check them. After waiting for 30 minutes at the desk I was told it they couldnt tell me how long it would take to get them. Very nice hotel with courteous, accommodating staff. My room was clean and roomy with a great view!
Upon returning home from a stay this past weekend, I discovered that I had left behind clothing items in my room. I called the hotel two times and was told that no items had been turned in. The last person I spoke with, Larry was very helpful and took a complete description of the clothing items. But I have been assured that nothing was in "the found" area. Shame on the cleaning staff! I stayed with my family for one night, 10/29 - 10/30, and as the majority of the Marriott hotels, the service was great, very friendly staff, and it is a beautiful hotel. I would say that the only downside was the service at the Starbucks, nothing to do with Marriott, but it was really bad, we went on Sunday morning around 1120 am, and the cashier was very rude.
