I spent all morning sorting out charges with this hotel. My roommate paid for our balance on the hotel upon checking in. I had already paid the one night deposit. Yesterday, I got hit with the balance she had already paid on. In essence, we were charged double for our stay. After calling and getting bounced around for an hour, we have to wait 5-7 days for reversals to go into effect. Thanks.
Was here for a Family Reunion and truly enjoyed the beautiful stay! I will be back! �
As beautiful as this hotel is and as nice as amenities like a nearby food court, etc. are, I don't believe I will ever stay here again and that's saying a lot. I have the patience of Job but from a 2 hour wait to check in (after posted check in time) to discrepancies in the final bill, it has been challenging to say the least. They were apparently not at all prepared for the influx of people they received. Not sure why. Atlanta is a conbenrion city. Plus people make reservations. And I am a rewards member! SMH.
My stay was outstanding with a lot of events going on.Rooms were excellent. Will B back soon. 43rd Anniversary 🍾🥃🎉❤️
The staff at this property are committed to their guests having a pleasant experience. Our event was fantastic. Highly recommend hotel for group events!!!
