Huge, freak, colourless, comfortless, unlikable, crowded, noisy etc. It's like a business center and front desk stuff behave as if they were boarding school teacher! There is a huge ( again), ugly pool in front of the hotel and makes disgusting noise.
Only issue i had was how chintzy the hair dryer and TP was. Everything else was fantastic!
First you have excellent front desk staff. Knowledgeable and welcoming. My room was nice, the furnishings were nice, but a little too stark for me. The view was awesome. The bar and restaurant were as expected. They were of Marriott quality. What did disappoint me was the concierge lounge. After Hong Kong and Beijing, I've become spoiled. Great Hotel...never gets old..................................
I don't know how it is throughout the year but on Con Weekend, it is the place to be. My buddy and I had our section of the Marriott so hyped that our crowd wants us to DJ for the Con.

The facility and ambience is great but I would not say the same for the employees specially front office. The convention was excellent and food was good by the service was not up to Marriott standard. Refilling was poor, eating utensils was not enough. The less said the better it would be. I am glad I stayed at Indigo for the duration of my trip.
