Awesome hotel with attentive staff and wonderful amenities.
People love this property because it was definitely buzzing with activity! Service was great!
Attended a Prince Hall OES Leadership Retreat. The hotel also hosted Four(4) major events the same time frame and was sold out our 1st night. We had our own section to meet and several break out rooms to work in. All services were at 100%, even with everything that was going on. The rooms were very nice with no issues.
Overrated for the amount of points this hotel cost you.
Our reservations were messed up, this hotel is extremely loud, and most of the staff was horribly rude. I have to admit, the housekeeping staff was awesome to deal with and they are probably the recipients of the lowest pay. I only stayed here because of a conference and I hope I never have to stay here again.
The hotel was awesome...the valet parking could be better
