Horrible customer service. Came in more than 30 days prior to cancellation and the kid behind the counter couldn’t cancel our membership, but “left a note”. Came back a week later and then they couldn’t cancel because their systems were down. Came in a third time and the assured me that the cancellation was done and that we wouldn’t be charged a 30 day fee. Now be just got billed $116.00 for the cancellation fee. Such a great facial with Stephanie - every time my skin looks refreshed and hydrated, and the bonus arm and neck massage is so relaxing. I always check out to a happy place when she does that ! I’m so appreciative for a relaxing self-care with Stephanie. I highly recommend services here - professional, clean, great results.
Aimee was fabulous! I came in with tight and sore muscles, thinking there's no way she can tackle this in one session. She not only took care of all my issues but also provided me with stretches to keep me limber. I'll definitely be coming back.
I look forward every week to a massage at 101st & Sheridan, Genesis Spa. Andrea takes great care of me and Kevin is also a wonderful massage therapist. I highly recommend for anyone who loves taking care of their body through masssge.
