Amazing experience! Kevin was my massage therapist and did an excellent job at releasing stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his technique. I will definitely be back for routine maintenance.
Horrible customer service. Came in more than 30 days prior to cancellation and the kid behind the counter couldn’t cancel our membership, but “left a note”. Came back a week later and then they couldn’t cancel because their systems were down. Came in a third time and the assured me that the cancellation was done and that we wouldn’t be charged a 30 day fee. Now be just got billed $116.00 for the cancellation fee.
