Jeanette was super quick and helpful when I received the wrong electrodes with my high frequency unit, and was able to send out a new set ASAP - she was professional, kind, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was a little disappointed that my chair backrest wouldn’t work after only 3 years. And since my warranty was over I was skeptical on how the experience would be when contacting them.
