Soyka's downtown location is a little seedy, compared to sophisticated South Beach. The crowd is diverse; families and scenesters alike crowd into the packed dining area and cozy courtyard. There twice today and service was VERY slow. Big party at lunch but evening happy hour was bad. This is unusual but sad that you have to go to a guy in a suit to get a drink. Ended up having a good time with good friends.
Classy vibe. Great live jazz music
Beautiful place. Not quite as good as when I visited years ago- charcuterie was miniscule and Marguerite pizza was a bit undercooked. Ambience still quite beautiful.
