We get free wifi, two pools, the parking lot is kept up and looks nice. I have lived here 8yrs and I still like the location and the new manager Shelby is doing a great job so far all maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed right away. Never had a bug issue here and that’s big to me I do not like bugs. Neighbors are great and it’s quiet for the most part.
I have lived here for a year and it's been great. The location is amazing, close to downtown, close to campus, friendly neighbours, management is always cool and easy to reach... happy to stay here for another year!

I love living here!! Maintenance is always on time the staff tends to your needs. Has always been so helpful in the time I have lived here!! They make sure you are satisfied!!
Juwan is a great manager at Southwinds Apartments. Maintenance always gets done thanks to Ed working hard.
Just signed my third lease and I have to say the newest manager is amazing.
For the price it is reasonable for what you get and if you are a college student it is close to campus and shopping
For the price of the complex you cant complain much neighbors are quiet the complex I'm in needs to be updated to match the other ones. If I was a college student this is definitely worth the money. Been here 2 years and went through a few changes but one thing that stays the same is rent.
If you’re a college student this is a very good place to live. Close to campus , great pricing. Lots of students live here
