Had some break problems on my Genesis. Southtowne handled it great especially Forrest Smith. Cars are getting more difficult to differentiate...service is not. I continue to get great service from Tommy, and Forrest and the Southtowne team (and Hal) - I will keep buying cars here and recommend them to the people I know. Thanks again.
Took our 2016 Tahoe in for recall campaign to reprogram the SDM module. We were first alerted to the recall notice through the weekly On-Star update. I read and understood that the dealer would need to reprogram the SDM module (front collision). Made the appointment, arrived on time, and was in and out in about an hour. We had an excellent experience looking for a new car. Both the sales people we have dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. I apprecite that they were interested in showing us their vehicles and informing us about each model and explaining the differences. We have decided that this is the dealer we'll buy from.
