I bought a car here and found it was not what I really wanted. I came back and worked with Ken Spurling, Kenny Spurling and Ronnie. They worked very hard to put me into the car that I am very satisfied with. I cannot say enough good things about this group of people there at Southtowne. Every time I've ever shown up to get an oil change the customer service is horrible it takes forever before they even get your keys from you just for them to tell you that it's going to take 2 to 3 hours just to do an oil change....... I hate going here I only do it when I'm not willing to drive out to Union City's Chevrolet dealership where they take good care of their customers 9 times out of 10 I just go to Union City

Went for my service appointment and a problem I have been having with my corvette and Jason was very wonderful to work with.
