RecommendedJust had a very extensive service done, which was very nicely managed by Jason and Fulton who both personally spent a lot of time helping to track down a mystery noise. The warranty work was excellent, the customer service (including rental/loaner car team) was excellent, communication was excellent and they even gave my truck back clean. This is the second time we've had to take our GMC vehicles in for something big, and these guys deliver everytime.
This is our second new vehicle at Southtowne.....Rick Hancock was awesome to work with on both deals! We highly recommend them for true, honest to goodness customer service! Thanks, guys!!!

Went to purchase a car and was treated as if I was “unworthy” of a car. The associate acted as if my fiancé and I couldn’t afford it from the beginning, which we very well can. He saw we were young and assumed we didn’t know what we were doing. We drove really far for one car in particular and then were rushed into everything. He didn’t give us any price options and then proceeded to get mad when I tried to negotiate. We were treated poorly and will be taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend working with them.
I want to commend this GREAT service Department. This week I traveled for work and left my car with my Service Guy Preston. Not only did he have the scheduled maintenance done on my car and have it ready for pick up when I arrived back in town, he also scheduled the dent repair guy to come and fix a spot where a nice lady at the grocery store let her buggy ram into my car in an area where I never thought it could be fixed (right after it was purchased) without major body work.
