Had one of the best experiences ever here. I could not be happier with the car that I bought my salesman Ronnie was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my car and the trade-in they walk me through step-by-step the process as this was the first car ever purchased will definitely be back.
Never again will I ever come here. Took my car in for recall repairs and they broke the nipple on the coolant reservoir going to the intake. Saying I have a small leak on surge fitting. They of course can fix it for $158. This was clearly pushed down on and busted, but they say they didn't do during this mornings recall repairs....My mechanic change my oil yesterday and this was not like this!!!! I purchased my first vehicle at Southtown. After going to multiple dealerships, multiple salesmen pushing cars at me that I told them was a little bit out of my price range, I finally went to Southtown just to "look around". I left with my first car and the salesman, Ross Ables, made SURE I left happy and in my price range, if not even under my price range for extra comfort.
