This one one.of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I went in with three trade in and drove out with a cts and a enclave. They gave super fair trade in value and cut the price on the new . ones. Definitely the best deal in the metro area. I did my research. Greg alley was our superstar sells man. My experience at Southtowne was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Customer Service from the salesman was wonderful, however, Customer from the sales manager was humiliating and dehumanizing. Nobody should be made to feel that way and it is still costing me and I no longer have the car.
Well If I can go in today and they give me a good deal I will give them a 5 star....
