Just moved to TN and this office sucks, they gave me the run around with my kids medicine needing to be refilled from a month of going into the office. Don't go to this location. Currently looking for another doctor
Pillar or whatever her name is. Terrible lady. Just listened to the front desk receptionist deny a patient care. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Patients calling for critical help are denied necessary care for no discernable reason. Please improve your staffing and find someone who will actually be helpful with suffering patients. Do Better.
I had seen Nurse Practitioner Emily Agar for years, and she has recently retired. I am in the process of also relocating to a different state as an RN. I still have a TN licesne and am on a lease in TN. This facility refuses to allow me to set up a tele appointment with a DR or NP so that I can refil my atypical antiphsycotic medication. This is dangerous. I am filing a complaint with the health facilities comission.
