I actually had a really great experience here. I saw Anne Marie Grey, Nurse Practitioner, and she was amazing. I loved that she didn't rush through my appointment and that she wasn't afraid to talk about diet and exercise. She even offered suggestions on health related books for me to read. Unfortunately, she is only covering for a doctor on maternity leave and will be gone at the end of July. I also had lab work done and the woman that did my lab work was incredible - no pain at all! I have been going here for almost 5 years. The Only bad thing I have to say is Communication!!! You call you leave messages on nurse line and no return call. Then many different times I was called with someone else's lab report, I was trying to tell the girl that I am Not this person but she refused to listen I believe the nurses name at the time for Dr Ager was April ....I have reported her several times about this even to Dr Ager.....Thank God this April is no longer there and was told that Erlanger can't find qualified pe... read more

Call for an appointment and can never get one at a reasonable time it’s always a month or two out. My doctor is supposed to be doctor Ager it’s been almost two years and I’ve yet to meet this person. When it’s time for refills on my meds the pharmacy can never get an answer from anyone. I told the doctor I saw about this she gave me a number for the nurse and when I called it was not in service. This place was a lot better before they moved from the old location. I’m currently looking for another primary care doctor

I will never forget how Dr Ager and this facility made me feel like because I couldn’t afford an office visit, I didn’t deserve care or help with managing my diabetes.
