It may be hard to get in due to it being booked but all the staff and Dr are generous and polite I love my primary Dr Shaof. Always listens to my concerns doesn’t dismiss me or how I feel. Also when it comes to labs Mrs Lynetta know what she doing I didn’t even feel the needle when she stuck me
Dr. Emily Ager and FNP Christine Shoaf are some of the nicest medical professionals in have met in my life. Not only are they nice, they are knowledgeable and professional. Ann Marie Grey is phenomenal as well.
Very grateful for this healthcare facility. They have made it possible for me to get life saving medication and care. Dr Ager and Dr Simpson are wonderful.
I actually had a really great experience here. I saw Anne Marie Grey, Nurse Practitioner, and she was amazing. I loved that she didn't rush through my appointment and that she wasn't afraid to talk about diet and exercise. She even offered suggestions on health related books for me to read. Unfortunately, she is only covering for a doctor on maternity leave and will be gone at the end of July. I also had lab work done and the woman that did my lab work was incredible - no pain at all! I have been going here for almost 5 years. The Only bad thing I have to say is Communication!!! You call you leave messages on nurse line and no return call. Then many different times I was called with someone else's lab report, I was trying to tell the girl that I am Not this person but she refused to listen I believe the nurses name at the time for Dr Ager was April ....I have reported her several times about this even to Dr Ager.....Thank God this April is no longer there and was told that Erlanger can't find qualified pe... read more
