Pillar or whatever her name is. Terrible lady. Just listened to the front desk receptionist deny a patient care. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Patients calling for critical help are denied necessary care for no discernable reason. Please improve your staffing and find someone who will actually be helpful with suffering patients. Do Better.
I had seen Nurse Practitioner Emily Agar for years, and she has recently retired. I am in the process of also relocating to a different state as an RN. I still have a TN licesne and am on a lease in TN. This facility refuses to allow me to set up a tele appointment with a DR or NP so that I can refil my atypical antiphsycotic medication. This is dangerous. I am filing a complaint with the health facilities comission.

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. On multiple occasions Tamara Carroll has neglected to respond to pharmacy and patient requests to have a medication refilled. The receptionist picks up the phone with attitude and will interrupt you. Def would not recommend esp for children.
