We have a number of dogs, and Southside Animal Hospital is our vet of choise. We gladly drive in from Wasilla to bring our Pomeranians to them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doub... read more

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I got an appointment quickly.
