Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? I Already Have Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? No, It seemed a little overpriced

It was satisfactory Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
