Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy? Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Not Really

After I had to delete all the prewritten crap, here is my real review. I am starting to notice a trend in South Anchorage with the various appointments I have to make: the receptionists have a crappy attitude and the doctors are great. When I entered the business no one even looked up and there were just two other people in the waiting room. I told them I had an appointment at three and they gave me a sign in sheet. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated.
