This was our first time here and the staff was great at handling our needs for our dogs that were snake bitten. Could not have asked for a better experience. One of our dogs was struck twice in the same week (just a few days apart).

The entire staff made one of the most stressful days a bit more bearable. They treated my family's critically ailing cat, as well as myself, with such care, compassion, and respect. Our beloved Smokey sadly crossed the rainbow bridge, but we are comforted knowing he was among such dedicated caregivers. We will always be grateful.
Dr. Mihok, Danielle and Kim have been terrific this past week with our visits to adjust thyroid meds and get our anxious pups teeth cleaned. They explained everything thoroughly and despite being busy never rushed us through anything. I highly recommend Southside!
