RecommendedFor the progesterone testing to the ultrasound to the xrays to the tail docking it has been a first class experience! UPDATE: I’m not certain I can speak highly enough of the staff and Dr. Moser of Southside but, to give you an idea, I loaded up 8 6 week old pups and drove 45 minutes to have them seen here for their first visit, shots and microchips. Thorough and informative. Easy to recommend!
We took Lola, our 3 lb chihuahua in for dental. Her temp and heart rate got low, so Dr. Mihok and Danelle used a hair dryer on her. Said all she needs is silver nitrate cream applied everyday. After several calls and visits with Dr. Carroll, we took her to CVRC 2 weeks later. 2nd degree burns on 40% of her tiny body. Admitted to ICU for 8 days. Takes 2-4 weeks for burns to declare. I have used this vet for years. Dr. Moser did a surgery on my dog, Oreo, earlier this year and did a fantastic job. My only complaint with them is a young man who works the front desk. He has made MANY errors in setting up our appointments and in what we needed. My daughter using this vets service too and has had a problem with this young man. I think he needs to understand the practice more. Otherwise, a fantastic practice.
I would never recomend this place to anyone. not even the devil. it is the most uncaring place I have ever been to.
Took my dogs for their yearly check ups and he entire staff was awesome! Even called the next morning to see how they were doing
