We have been coming here since Dr Brock first opened and this use to be a wonderful vet experience. Unfortunately their front desk is rude and messed up our appointment time. They used to send text and email reminders with appointment times, but apparently no more. She has zero empathy for anyone dealing with a sick animal. They kept me waiting over an hour. As I explained on the phone you arrived 40 minutes early for your appointment. Prior to calling you, I reviewed the phone conversation and your appointment was 9:30 not 9 am as you had thought. RecommendedThey took my baby Mocha in today on short notice. gave her emergency surgery but the docs, surgeon and nurses were so sweet. I'd recommend them to anyone!
I have never written a negative review and I used to love this place until today. I took my dog there yesterday and he was prescribed allergy meds. I asked if I’m able to get them off PetMeds and they said yes. I also inquired about getting him something so he could have relief immediately and was told he wouldn’t need it because what they prescribed would be fine. I guess I wasn’t clear that I wanted something for a few days so he could have relief right away while I waited for the PetMeds medication to be delivered. Fine, ... read more
We have 7 dogs on our property. Was referred to Southside after my previous Vet put cost above care. They bluntly offered zero options other than secondary financing in an emergency situation. Moving our Pups was by far, best decision for our dogs care. Staff is A+. Clean, organized and reasonable prices. Unlike some Vets, there is a clear mission here.
