Great service and great staff that know what they talk about.
I am an established client. Have spent $100’s and 100’s of dollars there on my pets. I arrived at hospital this morning at 8:10; open for emergencies only the day after Thanksgiving. I told them I would wait. They said wouldn’t see my sick kitten. I stated nicely that that is why I have an established vet; to get help when needed during regular business hours. Receptionist was friendly and doc was kind, patient, and helpful. They did blood-work, an exam, and a vaccination. Doc sat down in a chair in the exam room and chatted about my kitty’s issue and will be calling me today with bloodwork results. Dr Moser was A++++ 🐈
Even I don’t mind waiting for Dr. Brock - he and his staff are awesome ! I just make myself comfy as I do at home ! Southside Animal rocks ! Xoxo Clancy
