I don't even know how these people are still in business. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They ignore paying customers. I know this because I'll call and won't get answered but when I have someone else call on 3 way, they answer right away. They have the worst used trucks on any lot. They keep your truck in their shops for weeks and after you receive your truck back, you still have the same problems that you just paid thousands to fix. The southland international locations in Alabama are TERRIBLE. They deserve a 0! I purchased a 40k truck cash from them and I have gotten two bad trucks. One they couldn't fix and the other that has had to have over 10k work in 60 days. Gary Badenhop and John Holder are terrible at customer service and both lie a lot. The owner Drew Lynne continuously makes excuses and never returns calls. This company is a joke and racially prejudice. Don't waste your time or money with these people.
