I had some issues with billing. I was able to get it resolved after a couple weeks of calling the insurance and the dr office.
Dr Jacobs was awesome, steposty surgery went virtually painless. No worse than a pulled tooth. Today's techniques are 100 times better than 10+ years ago. I had severe deviated septum. I am so thankful for the procedure.
Dr Vaughn is terrific! He genuinely listens and respects your concerns. I feel he sincerely cares and wants what is best for his patients. The staff is so nice & helpful. I highly recommend Dr Vaughn and I'm so grateful for the care he has given to us.
I am very disappointed with the way I left this Office. They have done all three surgeries I have had done as well as both surgeries on my children and they always did a wonderful job. That is why I tell everyone I know that these are to only ENT doctors I would go to and have sent so many friends their way. So when I was turned away because of a miscommunication about insurance I was sad. I always felt important to the dr.'s in this office until now.
