The service my son received was great. However, the billing department is horrible. We are now "pending collections" because they have not billed my insurance, despite having called them 3 times to give it to them and even tell them how to bill them to ensure payment in full.

Dr,. Doxy and his staff were very professional and friendly.
The only con that I have about my visit was I thought the associate at the front desk could have shared a smile. The PA that I saw was very professional, very helpful, kept me informed of all that was taking place.
Caring, friendly, and exceptionally talented. I highly recommend this medical team — especially Kent Gardner, MD.

Micheal Watts is one of the best. Even made a call to explain my medicine. Also made sure I would call if things don't get better, and to make sure I follow up .
5 stars I highly recommend Dr Gardner. I had a growth removed from just in front of left ear. I never thought the growth would be so large as to require this much reconstruction, but I am happy with the result.
Dr Watts was great and the staff is amazing. Hoping I don't have to go back but would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an ENT.
