I called as soon as they opened since I was having a problem and I was in their office an hour later.
I always feel that I am well taken care of at Southern Smiles. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining my concerns. And Elizabeth does a great job cleaning my teeth and informing me of areas that need my special attention. It's a top notch dental practice and when asked by both locals and visitors I always reccomend Dr. Canham and Southern Smiles.
Elizabeth continues to provide excellent teeth cleanings!! She is efficient a good listener, and gives great advice on improving my oral care.
I feel like I am seeing old friends when I come there. Thanks to all of you!

Don't blindside me at the register with old billing. Send me prompt statements of outstanding amounts and I will pay or contact you if I have questions. I do appreciate the amount in question being written off yesterday. I also appreciate you billing BCBS for my visit and collecting a minimal amount after services are rendered.
