I would like more communication on what is being done as Jim is doing it. It would have helped if someone had suggested a pain pill perscription. I had a terrible nt after 5 hrs in the chair. Jim said someone would give me the water piK recipe. Had to call back the next day to get it.
I shared with the receptionist that I had an appointment in Bluffton at 5:00PM and that I needed to leave by 4:30PM and Elizabeth honored my request. Jennifer was also very helpful answering financial questions when my appointment was completed. Thanks everyone!

Doctor was thorough in his evaluation & I was comfortable talking about my financial concerns. Now I know that the 1st. 3 letters of your social security number refer to the state issued or birth. Information from Ruthie as we laughed talking about the Mafia State.

I just love Elizabeth! It's like I'm going to visit a friend rather than the dentist.
All personnel were terrific, especially Elizabeth who takes the time to explain proper dental procedures and care.
