There was no person at the front desk to greet me or the other 9:00 arival. We were each greeted first by our technicians.
Kara needed work on her gum tissue that needed to be removed from her last molar. I knew the needle would be painful and I asked if you could use something else along with the needle to ease the pain. The Spanish lady, who is your assistant, said that the gas mask was on but Kara couldn't understand her and wasn't sure if it was on. The needle was very painful. I could not have been more pleased, more happy, or more satisfied with the results of my emergency treatment and care by everyone at your office.
To Jennifer, at the reception desk, and to Dr. Canham, I was greatly appreciative of the way they handled the emergency situation with both my upper and lower dentures. Their immediate and professional care allowed my wife and I to continue our vacation at Hilton Head. Thank you; thank you!!!

Southern Smiles does a great job with email and text messages confirming appointments, in order that YOU do not lose time. But why wasn't I contacted, either by email, text, or by the receptionist to inform me that Dr. Canham was giving instruction to the staff and that that even the first appointments of the day would be delayed by 20 mins! Why isn't OUR time valuable to Southern Smiles?????
