ALL the staff are wonderful, friendly, and personable. I always leave with a "Southern Smile" on my face. Dr. Canham is so knowledgeable and gentle.

I was escorted back, told to remove my earrings and then escorted to an enormous X-ray machine. Nothing ever explained to me until I inquired what is going to happen now? "Oh you must have an X-ray." I explained to assistant that I would not have X-ray until I saw dentist, then the gate keeper/front desk team member suddenly appeared to further instruct me that there would be an X-ray.I expressed that I expected to speak to dentist before any procedures done and was told that X-ray happens before speaking to dentist.
