SPM has been most professional, always ready to respond to challenges that present themselves. As a ********* ***** HOA board member, I have had the opportunity to work closely with various members of their team to resolve problems of budget or covenants, for instance. You do not want to let SPM and Lynn T***** represent your HOA. Southern Property Management charged me a fraudulent initiation fee and refused to refund my money. They also refused to provide me with a free copy of the hoa's rules and regulations which they are required to do by the hoa's declaration of covenant. They also refused to allow me to inspect the bylaws of the hoa which is a violation of state law. I never made a late payment and was only fined once in my ten years of living in the neighborhood. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. This company has made us want to move and we haven't been in our house very long.

This company has no real system of organization. We have had numerous letters from them stating what needs to be fixed. Because we rent, they have no business contacting us, since we deal directly with our renters company. We follow our renters companies guidelines, which they happily and quickly provide. And if they send us a letter, we are quick to fix. However after contacting them and complaining about the letters that eventually turned into harassment, have YET to provide bylaws or guide lines. This is a HORRIBLE company!! I don't even rent from them but apparently they manage a HOA for a subdivision I live in but I can't find proof of that. The owner is nasty when approached about her inaccurate and harassing letters to people in the neighborhood. She wants it her way and that's it. She is a BULLY!!!!
