Southern Property Management has helped the community resolve (or is in the process of resolving) a number of important issues, such as too many rentals, external home repairs, improved landscaping and pet waste stations. The neighborhood is an enjoyable place to live and I have noticed the positive changes, first hand, since moving in.

Lynn ******/ Owner she calls herself. I hope is not the owner of this company very unprofessional and rude. I am a local Realtor reaching out about one of the homes for sales in the neighborhood she manages, which is listed as a townhouse. She was very rude and replied to my email stating l "Apparently I did not read but the home will not go FHA!!!) The statement that Lynn "caught the COVID" in reference to a global pandemic that is currently killing thousands of people daily is highly offensive. Lynn has not "caught the COVID," nor does she hate her job. The most unprofessional, rude and unsupportive HOA management company I have ever come across. Their business practices are archaic and the Owner, Lynn ******, and her staff are unwilling to help resolve issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property management company and advise you to look else where. They will be working with my community to find a a professional management company that actually "manages" the HOA, this company is a complete complete waste of money in my opinion its just terrible.
Lynn ****** is the most unprofessional heartless business person I've ever had to deal with. She manages a complex we lived in. We moved a few months early - we emailed 60 days prior that we had to move and the only communication I got was that after looking over our lease we would have to buy it out. A lease is a legally binding contract, and both parties agree to abide by the terms therein. Southern Property Management is a professional and competent management company. Lynn ****** has been very easy to work with and does a great job of looking after the best interest of the entire neighborhood. I looked at all these reviews and the negative ones all seem to be written by people that didn't adhere to the covenant that they signed when they purchased their homes. Just keep that in mind.

They will simply stop responding to emails or phone calls if they don't want to deal with you.
This company is awful and the owner is downright dishonest. We followed the exact instructions to file an appeal for a parking fine we received (car was not ours or one of our guests, and was parked between our home and our neighbors - could have been theirs for all we know). Anyone, after receiving no response to our appeal we received a late notice. When I called, I was told to email instead of follow the process outlined in their letter.
