RecommendedI would like to praise the ER Pediatric Team for being exceptional in one of the scariest times of a parents’ life. My son was brought to the ER in need of stitches on his face. My husband & I were terrified but Dr. Moses & all the doctors & nurses were extremely caring. They helped us & did an awesome job calming my son. You can tell they really care about their patients.
I just got home from a three-day stay here and every single staff member I came into contact with made a terribly painful situation as comfortable for me as possible and I could not thank them all enough. They were so sweet and genuinely cared about my comfort and well being. It really meant the world to my family and I to be treated with such care during such a stressful time. How do you expect patients to be comfortable and recover when the rooms are 80 to 85 degrees. This is borderline patient abuse. Thank god for the nurses they are trying but this is ridiculous. Never again!!! This hospital has become a joke since Meridian took over.
Same day surgery center is fantastic, they take such good care of you!
I think the ER is a joke went with my son doubled over in pain and they let us leave with no answers whatsoever had to go to a specialist that was appalled by the fact they did not catch the problem my son was in pain for over 48 hours before I got an answer that would have been an simple answer for any other ER from what my specialist said thanks for leaving my six-year-old in pain
Went in to get care as my symptoms from my car accident had gotten worse. My blood pressure was 193/111. My wife and sat in a room for 30 minutes without a single person checking on me. Worse care I have ever gotten.
