Never in my life have I ever dealt with a more unprofessional "nurse" in my life! Dawn, from the Behavorial Unit was downright disrespectful & unsympathetic. I would suggest a course on "How to Help a Family With a Child In Crisis"!

Today I had same day surgery. The nurse's made the whole experience for me! Every single one I dealt with was beyond compassionate and helpful,I felt they genuinely cared. Not knocking my Drs...which were great also.Overall great experience.

Fast track ER.. 10 ⭐️’s. Bryar, Serge and Kim made me feel so safe and cared for. For the extent of my injury, I was in and out in less than 4 hours, which to me was amazing. Those 3 were heroes to me in a scary time yesterday. I will NEVER go to any other hospital in fact, once recovered, I will be applying for part time employment at the amazing facility! My 83 year old Strong loving mother is in their. She has cancer and the virus. Some of the nurses taking care of her get mad when we call to ask questions. My mom was in bed for 2 weeks and they didn’t turn her to prevent pneumonia. They only started it after it was too late. Now they want to give up on her. She doesn’t act or look her age. She isn’t fighter, they aren’t doing what they should be doing. One nurse told my brother I have no empathy for my patients. What??? Worst hospital ever.. I am in the Medical field, know people who Work here. They treated me like I was a drug seeker. Nurse in ER had a terrible attitude. I was slapped with a high bill around Christmas called SOMC tried to negotiate it down was told by billing to setup a payment plan when I get a final notice, never got a final notice. I never got another bill again, then sent to collections. Now my credit is affected. Hope I never have to come here again!!!
