Worst reality company I have ever "TRIED" to work with! I have been trying to rent a house from them for at least 3 weeks if not longer and have not gotten anything but the run around from them!They have lied multiple times within these 3 weeks! I have called and left MULTIPLE voicemails with no return calls. Have talked to them with promises for a call back and they NEVER return calls. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I feel terrible for the owners of the house! They have NO idea what they've gotten themselves into!
Good Management Company – My relationship with Southern Homes and Land is that I'm one of the home owners that has contracted with them to manage my property. I agree with other reviewers that they can be difficult to get in contact with at times. They have managed my property for 10 years now and any issues that have arisen for the tenant, they have contacted me promptly and took care of things immediately.
